10K (Annual Report) for 2015 and 2016 was non-event, it did not affect share price at all, so will be the non-event 10K for 2017 which may be out next week or the week after next. It is the news for the commencement of commercial production that will send share price skyward, especially if it includes news on healthy quantum dot orders.
