It looks like the shareholders meeting was on the 25th and notice was sent out on the 26th and so by now all of the 1 , 2, 3 points are done.

750 million shares over 250 million shares could work if the gross revenues go up enough. Tough call.

Letting the patents lapse was a big mistatke by Larry and that cost the lab people their jobs and investors a lot of money.... UNless AWS as MVTG goes over well now.
