A sudden change occurred with the Multi Billion dollar Drug Company Allergan ($70 billion market cap) when they filed "sudden notice" that they handed over ownership to the Tribe pending the Appeal of the already ruled on PTAB decision. Only question here is which Tribe gets the Patents.

With less than two months to go, the faith of VPLM is out of our hands. Next week, October 7th, is the one year Twitter would need to file their IPR Petition. After that, it’s the five IPR Petitions and the trial. Then the appeal process. Oil States, etc.
