The problem most investors have, they still see CYRX as a packaging company.. With all due respect to the poster who wanted to write a seeking alpha article, you're only scratching the service.. The patient is part of the supply chain.. Once blood is extracted, that batch needs to tracked and traced from lab, MFG, back to lab and through various integrated patched systems for now, otherwise called chain of identity.. If that batch is lossed or even worst, if that batch is not inoculated back into the same person, turn the lights out.. There is also chain of custody.. Then all that data needs to be extracted to be analyzed for payment and efficiency..

Beyond Kite and Novartis, another company, Sparks therapeutics, which has Jan 2018 PDUFA date, could get the go ahead this year, fingers crossed..
