It will definitely take something to get this moving. Significant buy-side volume will be required to break out above the 52-week high. And it will also require enough interest and momentum such that these current resistance levels can become future support.
Could be contract news or new customers, maybe additional Chicago area EV infrastructure news related to VW funds or Tesla superchargers, maybe an update related to court proceedings. Not sure what might be coming… but it will take something other than looking at how awesome the chart looks.
