I agree that if it's us it will only help...however it seemed like that device was a zero tolerance device...that means not even low levels of thc is allowed...meaning for some if they consumed thc weeks ago they would be subject to whatever the consequences are...our device is looking to identify recent use...this would be applicable to a much broader audience then just commercial drivers, under 21, and novice drivers...so it would not be over for us as there is still the vast majority that the zero tolerance would not apply to.
