In my opinion, someone (or a group) is unloading. Some are saying it's shorting but I'm not buying it. I believe it may be a group, insiders, and or dilution. There is absolutely no concrete proof of naked shorting (the creation of failure to delivers) is occurring. There is no concrete proof of what I'm saying either. However after considering todays tweet, and the action on the L2, the risk level went up, for me.

This may still pop, run, etc, but I would use caution.
