Very true! And the development going on right now in the Permian basin; railways, waste management systems, infrastructure, and expansion with existing sites.
This IS a gem!! Financing/share structure management and red tape "timelines" will be the only things for me to consider for when I accumulate.
Sure, i wish I got in trips, or sub 008 when it was on my radar. But just over a penny is a great place for me to start and going to be watching for more opportunities.
