Yes, it is up to them to cancel it and they haven't cancelled it. Right now you're just speculating and don't know their future intentions with them.

Instead of making claims that I personally don't understand the reasoning behind, maybe you can explain to the board why you think flushing a majority stake in their own company is beneficial to them.
