My view has been consistent. CHEMOSAT is operational and working in EU; management is completely incompetent and unable to maximize its potential. This company will get b/o because of the value of the intellectual capital. It will not be JV because no one in their right mind wants to work with this leadership IMO.
If somehow you took my view and lost money; sorry man but not many lost more than me (60k); I made back almost 1/2 that in day trades and also was able to buy back in lower. But that 2nd R/S fiasco caught everyone by surprise. If this R/S passes and the stock dumps to .02 - guess what; I lose with holding 2M plus shares. However, I won't blame a single other person as that is just weak IMO; I'm an adult and make my own decisions. I do value DD and that is why I come to these boards and post on ST.
Can I be wrong about B/K? Certainly, but wouldn't you agree that would ONLY occur if there are no potential companies willing to buy them out or to take over. If that is so then I made a miscalculation of a lifetime because obviously, their product isn't worth what we thought. You say this could easily be a 1B company which is a far cry of 15M you posted this morning. Let's meet in the middle at 500m. That is 1.00 a share and I am sure everyone here would take that in a heartbeat. That is what I am looking for
Now take a step back and note that CHEMOSAT has had over 100 successful treatments in both the UK and Germany and is just opening up in Dutch and Austrailian markets. They have 510k pending and trial news due this month. I have to believe BK talk is entirely pre-mature.
