The DIR Fees will be returned to RXMD in Sept/Oct. These fees may total around $90,000.00.

This has nothing to do with that. that's just Medicare's and other insurers way to make sure you provide quality service/good outcomes of care. As Ms. Mars. has stated, they provide superior quality service so this should get refunded end of year. We were looking at $90k this quarter not $800k. Throughout the year Ms. Mars expected that this would be about $300k and that they should get all back and potentially bonus payments on top of it, because of the quality of care they provide.
