"No Ronin nominated directors should be elected to Peregrine’s board, not even one. "

Now why would anyone be concerned if 1 Ronin nominated director was elected to a majority rules BOD? Wow it's getting deep.

Anyone who thinks Ronin is "grievously stupid" is playing right into their hands
The results have already been determined.
The day of reckoning is soon to come for the board of criminals.

They need to resign now.

Couldn't agree more. The current game plan is unfolding fabulously.

It is so obvious the current team is on the right path.

90% share price reduction and over a decade of their management simply isn't enough. Why are shareholder's so upset?

I don't get it.

Serene, Appreciate your post - most likely you're right on the mark and your concerns are therefore more than appropriate.

But not to worry - Ronin will likely become almost irrelevant by the time any votes are counted.

Take care.

IMO: Avid provides encouraging, expanding income for Peregrine. Ronin claimed Avid was their reason for investing in Peregrine. Ronin stated Peregrine’s scientific endeavors were worthless and failed and called upon Peregrine to halt them immediately. But Peregrine’s scientific endeavors are various and promising with potential for income in far greater dimension than that of Avid’s. So Ronin is grievously stupid; but they’re not, though their documents are rife with mistakes. One is left to realize that Ronin slanders, minimizes Peregrine’s scientific endeavors purposefully. Ronin could have accurately praised Peregrine’s scientific endeavors thereby presenting themselves as more likely an ally. But they didn’t do that and it was no accident. They flaunted the truth and this strongly suggests that Ronin is a puppet and someone is pulling their strings. This further suggests that the string puller would bury some or all of Peregrine’s scientific endeavor to better enable their own scientific endeavor. At the same time Ronin’s reputation would be enhanced since worthless scientific endeavor blends nicely with buried scientific endeavor.

What Ronin is attempting is a hostile takeover by means of gaining control of Peregrine’s board of directors. The board of directors control the steps a company takes. No Ronin nominated directors should be elected to Peregrine’s board, not even one. If Ronin had shareholders value in mind, they could certainly have taken steps to avert the recent reverse split. Instead they waited for it to happen, then pounced with what they then presented amid the confusion, anxiety, anger, and depression that followed the split.
