There is no difference, traders have a strategy which includes the potential of staying longer should the run and various tech signals sustain. Those with limited knowledge buy in late usually after the buy/hold signals begin to reverse into sell signals, sheep to slaughter who thereafter blame the co but never their lack of knowledge and experience. Greed is a normal behavior and can be controlled but the "vision" of getting rich quickly is a sign of a much deeper problem which perpetrates a loss of logic and understanding resulting in following and group think
