The purdue suit is moving along and I'm not worried at all. All these suits get a shot a mediation before trial and I wouldn't be surprised if some sort of deal was worked out then.
Definitely agree that stock move is overreaction/irrational to longs, but to those who are hoping company fails the move is what they are orchestrating. Seems like they would love to eliminate the company before September 25th rolls around just to eliminate the possibility that the fda grants a tentative approval of Rexista (admittedly a slim chance at that). Should be an interesting month or so to go...
