It's a cheap and quick way to go public if he can work the right deals. Your obviously posting negative for a reason, but nothing has changed here. He has been public before and felt stock price didn't validate so he took the company back private. Could be the market he wants now. If so, $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
