Hey...that's why they are sub penny stocks. hmmm, "3rd party verified"...never heard of that one either.

I own the sis company as well and was rudely schooled today because didn't know what the "stop sign" was about. My mistake was in asking for clarification...but no shame in being ignorant...we ALL are of some things.

A PR on the newswires is a public statement by the company. It would be a crime to make a public statement of fact like that which was knowingly false.......

Don't think we need 3rd party verification. Just watch for the filings ;)
