What 1 time net occurrence are you referring to? Also, another piece of information I'm looking especially with the 10K is the number of common shares that are outstanding. They did some recapitalization in the 3rd quarter which included the CEO giving back shares which hasn't been fully reported yet. Last report shows approx 348mill, based on news releases they should be down to appros 260mill shares
