Just occurred to me why did they schedule vote so quickly after proxy? From all the examples I've seen you only need to have a vote scheduled before hearing. We could vote in October for all the panel cares so long as vote is scheduled. If shareholders deny sometimes there's time for 2nd votes depending on timeframe panel sets.
They are really rushing this vote having it August 14th and there is no "known" cause of this....except your theory!
