Ok let me try to explain this to you again. Every share before Jan 2016 had 1/15th the value of the shares post RS. So when mgmt asked increase in options they asked for 800,000 in 2016 shares which is equivalent to 12,000,000 shares in 2015.

That's how you put it into proper perspective.
