The Gov is giving handouts to farmers who say they will switch crops.

Gov banks approved future loan based on moving plant and getting locals to cooperate .

They will get the welfare handout and do whatever they want. There is no infrastructure.

Who is insuring the crops get planted and harvested and protected?

It seems like she needs a more organized team of companies to run this company plan. Again she is naive and hasn't been able to delegate .

She then resorted to selling shares for operations , rent, food, plant?

She has 1 partner agency now

Only farmers that will be able to continue growing Coco leaves will be ones way off the beaten track..

All other farmers will be assimilate d into other crops .

Personally , I like the gold mining prospects of GEGI a lot more than the crop s as the one of the mines is viable and producing now
