BTCS's stock price is not tied to the price of bitcoin. BTCS is tied to the blockchain economy. If anything, falling crypto currency prices should make BTCS stock go up because now they can purchase more bitcoin at a cheaper price to throw at ICOs. BTCS is a long term play and you need a long term outlook.

With no real fundamentals these pink sheet stocks are a risk. Speculation whether they are real companies or not, is lingering. A lot of negative sentiment. Right now it's being controlled by day traders and trolls.
I do like that BTCS is Blockchain and BTSC mines. Two different companies in the same sector.
Time will either promote you or expose you.
