I believe it was mis-worded and means that this company will be exclusively selling Ecrypt One. I asked Tom if they were getting exclusive rights and his response was:

"No, no! Only exclusive rights for the application stated in PR, which is a small piece of a huge market"

Application stated in the PR...NATO.

If you've noticed from the PR, said IT company only deals with the military and other government entities. This means the private sector is still wide open.
