ACTUALLY...I'd call it rather average selling for $299,900 and having been built back in 1988. Slightly smaller than my house @ 2,236 sq. ft, it has 3 bedrooms 2 baths on about 1/3 an acre of land. But it is nicely appointed - although I don't care for the bright blue exterior paint.
