With all due respect, do you know what a registered shareholder mean? Because you have stock in a company doesn't make you a registered shareholder.

I seriously doubt you are a registered shareholder but I guess it's possible...LOL

You are NOT a registered shareholder unless you bought shares DIRECTLY from the company and nott through a brokerage - AND you didn't deposit the original certificate(s) with a brokerage.

Nearly all publicly traded shares are DTC shares held in the name "Cede & Co." and that covers virtually all shares held in brokerage accounts.

One should learn about how the market actually operates before trying to speculate on stocks.
