Dr Singh is not the CEO...Vivos CEO and Chairman is R. Kirk Huntsman who deserves a little of your time to explore his careerand see if you are up for this potential merger.
Secondly the documentation is out there of what our shares would become in the event of a merger, percentage of ownership..reverse splits. I'll post more in detail later in the days to come
Last but not least..yes certainly intriguing stuff from Vivos/Dr Singh but Franky Zapata was to be the "true to life IRON Man with military and medical opportunities coming at us left right and center and instead now all we have is a lawsuit for breach of a Letter of Intent. Shiny objects and dangled carrots can be dangerous.
If ever there was a time to perform some due diligence on a 360 degree basis I would say it would be right now if you are considering voting to reinvest in this POTENTIAL merger (not guaranteed by any stretch) with VIVOS
