What is Hanks using to purchase the land - more toxic debt.

MMEX doesn't have any assets or revenue - Hanks couldn't borrow $145,000 from a bank and had to use a toxic lender - MMEX can't afford to buy a Happy Meal without toxic funding.

You don't know if Hanks has secured anything - if anything it was a LOI or MOU without any money being exchanged.

Why would MMEX need to change from KPE to Vfuels.

Let me get this straight - KPE can do a 50,000 bpd oil refinery but needed help with a 10,000 bpd refinery. Those married to MMEX will believe anything.
