Then why don't you explain why the CEO lied about not needing anymore financing but in less than 2 months the CEO obtained another $384,000 in toxic debt - once again without informing shareholders.

How about the $1 million in losses in the last quarter - you seem to go silent about such a atrocity.

Or the pitiful revenue of $25,000 in the last quarter after being in business since 2012.

Tell me about the Bemax advertising and marketing campaigns - they seem to be non-existent.
