They have Israel technology ready to license to Pharma companies in USA (this is cutting edge technology that turns the production of medical MJ into more of a Pharma product which is eventually where it will be headed).

An LLC in Michigan is being created and funded by a 506c offering. You can use share certificates to get in. Once that gets going dividends will be a result of it to BLDV shareholders.
I'm sure I'm missing some stuff but that right there is enough to say this is undervalued.
