The share structure numbers on OTC Markets show that they were last updated on May 31, 2017. I haven't seen any newer information anywhere else. I have to assume that they're still the last official update.
I suspect that they may complete the actual restructure when they release their annual 10-K, along with some new PR's in order to make a bigger splash. The 10-K is due by June 31, but we could see it sooner. Mike Hawkins is still their acting CFO and he would probably want to wrap it up quickly so that he can turn his full attention to mCig's 10-K (he's also CFO for mCig). JMO
