Class action lawsuit? Against someone living in Thailand? class action for what? In every press release and SEC filing there were the use of "forward looking statement" and "ongoing concern" statements.
In order to file a class action, what exactly did the company or officers do that was illegal? Show me Fraud... there is none.... being a bad businessman is not a crime.
No accounting fraud..... no shady revenue recognition problems.... no liabilities fraud..... just a bad businessman.
And just how would you enforce a judgement against someone that lives in Thailand? and what do you think you would recover? He doesn't have any money. Do you think you would get the patents? And Good luck going down that rabbit hole.
There is not an attorney versed in these matters that would EVER take that case on.
They may be a Nevada corp. (well, at least used to be) but everything is located in Thailand. How EXACTLY would you enforce judgement in Thailand?
