Are you crazy!!! Have you even done a stitch of DD on the requirements to be listed on either one of those exchanges???

A few of the requirements are:

Net profit for a period of 3 years

Positive share holder equity for a period of 3 years.

Pretax earnings of $11,000,000 for the prior 3 years OR a market cap of over $550,000,000 for prior 3 years..

There are a few more very important standards that need to be met also...

So stop this nonsense or a Nasdaq listing
