I love the short position, it is the best indication yet, that Wall St is getting in....

1) They don't short $1.00 stocks to make money on the way down
2) Institutions Hedge as they buy and the MM's short to hold the pps in check.

Any short % over 2% is a good bet it's going higher.

Lastly, I doubt anyone knows the data....
