Don't worry about the "class action" part. Find a contingency lawyer who is interested and he/she will figure out the best way, be it derivative, class action, direct damages, or whatever.....they will figure it out.

I think there are some already involved at AHIT (against actions of old management) who might be be interested in dovetailing both actions.....including IBRC.
