Doubtful, they would have to file after they did that, if we don't see a filing tomorrow we know it's not them. Also Goh and Pyatt are owed a piece of 1.5 billion shares from their company being bought, so obviously their not going to buy more when they just got a bunch for free.
Most of the shares were dumped at the bid yesterday. It was someone wanting to sell not buy who initiated the transaction, that is how a bid and ask works.
