There seems to be a lot of ambiguity about proving it.
They defend it and understate it calling it making a market efficient .... saying it is not widespread and not a problem ...

People like Patrick Byrnes of Overstock are bringing more attention to the matter, but more needs to be done.

You just have a sense that we are playing by the rules while the real money has a totally different game in another stadium.

funny how the sec requires investors to report when they own more than 10%, but shorts don't have to report if they have sold more than 10% of a stock
