Unfortunately we're on opposing sides of this one - from what I've witnessed SHOM doesnt issue news without having a P&D in effect. The Coke fiasco caught them red-handed issuing fraudulent PRs, that was a major warning. Not to forget their bizarre and repeated use of the name Zhongzheng / Zongzheng instead of spelling it like the doctor himself spells the name, Choong-Chin. Once perhaps, but they've repeated the misspelling in 4-5 of their PRs.
I doubt George Chang is anything more than a token CEO, I've never seen as much as a legit resume. Instead both SHOM websites are still registered to Miguel Dotres, who is associated with Adam Rossique. Those two plus Jenny Kan and Yung Kong Chin - they've all been associated with a number of these OTC "plays".
Meanwhile last time I looked, they've increased the SHOM SS by about 40%.
Another red flag that could cause them trouble, SHOM continues to blatantly use this false statement (shown below) at the end of their PRs - in fact their words are a complete lie. SHOM is NOT an SEC Registrant and never has been, they file No reports to the SEC. This false claim is just another misleading SHOM misrepresentation and falsehood, as well as a Securities violation:
