Because the market knows the Skull & Crossbones came from the Pink Sheets & not because of an SEC enforcement action. If it was an SEC thing, it would have been halted BEFORE given it the Skull & Crossbones. ZENO exceeded the 90 days 10K report requirement and that is why it was given the Skull & Crossbones. All the rest is stuff for paranoid people on crack. If it files its 10K, the Skull & Crossbones will be removed.
