it takes 10 days @ 200 mil a day to trade 2 billion shares.That's 2 trading weeks. All that time there's flipping.There's probably some convertibles entering in also.

It would take about 2.5 months[actually 10 trade weeks] to cycle through 13 bil shares @ 200[192 mil approximate] mil traded a day.......w/o flippers and convertibles.

That's why this doesn't move.
