Doc logic, excellent piece, appreciate your perspective. Let me ask your perspective on the possibility that a positive effect exists on all patients but the majority of the DCVax-L benefit is gained from the long tail of 25% to 30%. Basically what do you think the FDA perspective is if there is a significant long tail effect in time and in affected patients' prognoses (worst case patients) while median vs control is shifted positively but not significantly? I am creating worst, base and best case scenarios. Your perspective would be appreciated.

At least someone that takes into account both scenarios.

It would be curious to see if the SP takes some interesting traction as time goes by, given that OS of the PIII trial will result in better outcome.

But right now my main focus is on two issues:

1) Why didn't they disclose Direct results so far? It's quite obvious to me that those results will amplify the perception investors will have about possible success of L...so the more time it passes that results aren't disclosed, the more I have doubts;

2) Why didn't they disclose terms of the combo BMS trial? Listed on clinicaltrials.gov since months now, IMO possible terms finalising, but still...no news.
