Here are my initial thoughts on a company only having 27K in debt. I don't think that they are giving us the entire picture of what might be coming in. That amount is awfully low for a large company, so my thoughts are that he is playing poker with us. If he eases a smaller company in first without an explanation, I believe he may be testing how the markets will react to such a move. No one hires a Richard Oravec to bring a company public via this route for peanuts.
What I am trying to say is don't overreact to the initial inflow of what he brings in. There will be greater things coming ahead. This man got to where he is at now by being very shrewd. We don't know what his real plans are for this shell yet, so lock and hold, the shaking may not be completely done yet!! Remember, we uncovered this gem while they were trying to accumulate shares quietly.
I am not much of a conspiracy theorist, but you can't underestimate shrewdness. I may get some flack for this post, but people get spooked by the slightest things, as witnessed by all of the shaking that was done the last two weeks.
