I can find no mention of this anywhere? Please provide a link! Not just randomness. And by the way term sheets/LOI are almost always non-binding they are simply pre-conracts. You should know this! Stop playing games all term sheets state they are non-binding unless both companys intend to use the term sheet in place of a contract, which is rare! So where is this new PR RAWMAN? I can appreciate & respect you trying to look out for all us middle aged guys and the money we are gambling with, but I would like to see this smoking gun please?..............
