Of course. The current BV/TP Ratio is 1.68 and the highest one was 2.1 when ITEK hit $1.5 bottom. However its High BV peer (TNXP) is trading at BV/TP = 2.233 now and its highest one was 2.787 when it hit $3.3 bottom.
