Then too, it just might be that the Sulja family has business abilities/talents that our mid-east friends recognize which have not been perfected due to lack of "international" contacts and opportunities.

I'm convinced there is more to this relationship than a license. Probably could have gotton one muchhhhh cheaper. Investments in US? Positioning for entry into our port security? and? and? and????
