It's coming based on the companies recent financial statements. Convertible notes can really damage a companies pps (&& reputation for that matter) but it sometimes provides an excellent buying opportunity for the Savvy investor.
$ICLD is a company to own in the current pps range as it is completely undervalued by every definition of the word my friend.
