Actually those can be a sign of the end of dilution, sometimes it marks an mm like vndm or arca out and if that happens, we're over .03 in a blink of an eye...

All I know is.... John Kent, Paul Wall, sunnyland and a few others that I likely follow are strong on this one. Along with Cheds, following these guys the last month has made my portfolio jump up huge.... this play should be no different.

Just need the dilution to slow or stop so she can breathe.

No such thing as after hours trades in otc. Those were trades made during the day settled ah.
