They added a specific line to the upcoming PR in regards to the 8k
"Administrators began soliciting for study participants as soon as approval was received."
They needed this approval to proceed with the testing of 26 healthy people. I would assume the clinical trial page will be updated this upcoming week. Their timelines have been spot on.
Look at the 8k and scroll to the bottom, also dated for 02/27/17, the official PR will be released pre market IMO
