~Call your Broker, Do an Inquiry. I had the Same 60D and My 20M Sale Filled with No Problem.

I've only had luck with eTrade in the Past on a Similar Situation.

I Decided to Keep my Additional 20M because of the Rather Random $400M Amount in Volume and L2 Looking Decent. A Group Might try to Run it with No Dilution/CD's, Possible Merger, New Entity, New CEO, etc. Still a Gamble ;-)
