Possible scenario in some months/years from now:

BP believes there is serious potential with the Anavex pipeline to ameliorate a host of CNS diseases and possibly others, a consortium will be formed to buy it out. Pfizer/Lilly leading the way as they fight for the Alzheimer's market; Biogen has MS; Takeda for insomnia; depression is Allergan's; etc. Every participating BP company puts in $5B and Anavex says, "Yes" to $20B+ ...

But, what if Anavex says, "No!"
