Amazes me a company that does absolutely nothing can't file their 10K on time.

Where's that Stargreen Enterprises deal eh ?? LOL..... Laughable .... original PR stated NCAP expected to issue 210 million shares to Stargreen. LOL .... now its 396 million shares .... LOLOLOLOL .... share count would be getting up toward 600 million shares outstanding LOLOLOLOLOLOL. And that's if it don't change again. Basically NCAP itself is worthless that's why the huge increase in shares to Stargreen if it ever happens.

What a joke and Stargreen may never actually do anything .... LOL.

I have found though that Stargreen has applied for 2 dispensary locations in Long Beach California. They don't have priority designation, but they've at least applied for locations.
