1. OBLR closed HIGHER than NAEI on DAY 1 and started LOWER!
2. OBLR has a recent precedent of INSANITY whereas NAEI did not have such recent precedent ie people have some kind of FRAME of REFERENCE of what can happen
3. OBLR is CONFIRMED in text yesterday to be INSANITY pick for today

Based on the above I like my ODDS at $1+ if THESIS WORKS!!!!! and will have some CHIPS on DECK for that MAG based on the above
